Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Wondu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
Wondu is a task aggregation service that allows you to:
- Connect multiple todo platforms (Todoist, Google Tasks, Notion)
- View all your tasks in one unified interface
- Create, update, and complete tasks that sync back to the source platforms
- Manage tasks across different platforms from a single location
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use Wondu, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your connected platform accounts comply with their respective terms of service
Acceptable Use
You May:
- Use Wondu for personal or business task management
- Connect platforms you have legitimate access to
- Sync and manage your own task data
You May Not:
- Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to overload or harm the service infrastructure
- Violate the terms of service of connected platforms (Todoist, Google, Notion)
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
Platform Integrations
Wondu integrates with third-party platforms. By connecting these platforms:
- You grant Wondu permission to access your task data on those platforms
- You agree to comply with each platform's terms of service
- You understand that Wondu is not responsible for issues with third-party platforms
- You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the platform
Data and Privacy
Your use of Wondu is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but:
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Third-party platform outages may affect functionality
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Wondu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss (you should maintain backups in your source platforms)
- We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platform integrations
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (currently free)
Intellectual Property
Wondu and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the service provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your task data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Modify or discontinue the service with or without notice
You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting all platforms and deleting your account.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Acknowledgment
By using Wondu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
